Hearing Without A Hearing System
From a audiological and technical point of view, the SoundManager functions exactly like a "standard" hearing instrument. However, with the Soundmanager, Hansaton has removed the "orthopedic" stigma usually associated with a hearing aid by creating an appealing ear accessory.
SoundManager's Unique Housing
The housing is unbelievably small, nearly invisible, comfortable and easy to use. The shape of the instrument was evaluated by an independent test group that determined SoundManager was more comparable to modern communication devices such as mp3 players or hands-free bluetooth cell phone adapters. The SoundManager is the first instrument available on the market that does not follow the traditional shape of a BTE housing. Because SoundManager is available in a range of bright colors, the stigma associated with the traditional beige color has been removed.

SoundManager's processing is completely automated, so you never have to adjust it yourself. Should you wish to adjust the volume manually, SoundManager gives you that option.
Noise Suppression
