Dynamic Contrast Detection
This noise reduction system constantly analyzes incoming sounds in all channels in order to distinguish between speech and noise for optimal processing. Dynamic Contrast Detection offers a selectable time constant mode that provides superior performance in noise and conversation.
Look Ahead Detection
Look Ahead Detection gives the hearing instrument the ability to analyze the sound signal 2 milliseconds prior to the amplifier. When the detector sees a large or transient signal at the input, FAST mode is triggered applying faster attack and release times to the compression. This feature provides faster responses to loud impulse sounds and helps provide the user with comfortable, clear, distortion free listening.
Adjustable Feedback Removal Notch
Feedback has been a nuisance for many hearing aid wearers. Aria incorporates a feedback removal notch system that allows the audiologist to eliminate any feedback during the programming session.
