2. We arrange for you to be evaluated by our Audiologist or Hearing Specialist in your area.

3. Our Audiologist or Hearing Specialist will test your hearing, then evaluate your hearing loss and prescribe the proper hearing aid for you. Depending on the model, a precise impression will be taken of your ear.

4. Once the custom hearing aid is manufactured, the Audiologist or Hearing Specialist will fit and properly program the digital instrument for you, as well as instruct you on proper care and use.

5. Follow-up care will be provided to fine tune  any programming adjustments if needed.
